Don’t loose time calling us via phone. We can’t help you in this way. We need to investigate your issue according to the following process.
If you purchased our plugin with support services and if you read carefully our tutorial and manuals but you still are facing issues you can contact us writing to email address provided in your purchase confirmation email. This is access to our ticketing systems and we are going to answer you NBD (next business day).
Service is provided in Italian or English
Don’t worry, contact our technical support. Don’t forget to specify:
- your order ID on shop.zero11.it or your email used during purchasing process
- a temporary FTP access to your hosting space
- a temporary admin access to your Wordpress/Prestasho/Magento backend with complete URL in order to install and configure plugin
- a temporary access to your hosting panel management (i.e. cpanel, 1&1, ispconfig, webmin, register.com etc) so we can set up cron jobs in order to keep your products synchronised with Brandsdistribution.com
- that you provide us email, apikey and password of your brandsdistibution.com account
- attach our log file, a screenshot of the configuration section and of the error you got.
Our log files are located in the folder log with a name clearly attributable to the extension.
If is possible, attach to your support request PHP errors log (each system maybe configured with some differences but in most cases you will find this log in /var/log/apache2/error.log).
Don’t forget that the most accurate and precise your support request is, the faster will be our problem resolution.
