Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Shopify BrandsSync isn’t the right solution for your business, simply uninstall the application from your Shopify store

Will my customers know I am dropshipping?

No, we don’t inform your customer about the source of your products. We also don’t insert such information into your shop, and we don’t publish our customers list publicly.

How to send orders to Brandsdistribution.com? Will the order be placed automatically from Shopify store?

At this time, Shopify integration is not able to keep in sync your orders. You have to insert them manually in your B2B account. In this moment, items will be reserved. Until you don’t pay your items to your supplier, order will be in pending_payment status but no items will be shipped to your end customers. After payment, your supplier will be able to ship and deliver to your customers.

Will the prices and stock be updated automaticly?

Shopify BrandsSync constantly updates your product price and stock levels, so you never sell a product that’s out of stock or above your retail price.

How can I set up markup rules?

You can manage rules to apply markups to imported products in Shopify BrandsSync.
A markup rule can be applied to default or to one or more Brand(s) or one or more Category(ies) or one or more than one Subcategory.
You can setup the markup value in percentage on a Base Price (supplier price used as base to calculate your selling price). Base price can be: Suggested price, Cost, Streetprice.

Also you can setup rounding and minimum cost markup (a percentage value that provides you a floor in case a negative markup applied to discount street prices brings your selling price under a value limit).

Is it possible to import all languages from Branddistribution to the Shopify Store?

You can import only one language of all those available on brandsdistribution.com.
During the configuration of the plugin you can select the language.
